Building Your Plan – Finding the Footholds
Following our first conversation, we’ll build a collaborative plan just for you. This path is informed by a blend of approaches, often beginning with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you connect with what truly matters. To address anxiety and OCD, we'll use a combination of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP) to tend to patterns of avoidance and explore new skills in a safe, relational space. We also draw from Schema Therapy to tend to the deeper roots of emotional patterns, and the Gottman Method for relationship growth.

The Work – Climbing at Your Pace
Therapy unfolds one session at a time. Some sessions may challenge you; others may offer relief or clarity. The work is steady, not rushed—each step moving you toward greater strength and understanding. Along the way, you’ll gain tools and insight that support you outside of the therapy room, too.

Moving Forward – Living Beyond the Struggle
As progress builds, therapy shifts from climbing out of the difficult places to building what’s next. Some clients choose to continue long-term, while others transition out with the skills and confidence they need to move forward on their own.
